Our Mission

From the very beginning when we began considering the thought for a new kind of home building company it was more than a business for us...we are passionate about what we build and how we built it. This passion is fueled by a deeply held desire to deliver homes containing all of the features needed for a "complete" home at the best price for the families that will call our communities home.

We believed, for instance, that by rethinking the concept of community, we can create family-friendly places where people will feel more connection to each other and to the environment around them. We also want to create places where enduring value is more important than conspicuous consumption. Not just places where people live, but where their lives become richer.

Our "everything's included" approach to delivering a home means that your home will contain all of the basic features most families want in a home without paying for (or needing) a lot of expensive but necessary upgrades.

Our "smart-built" approach to building means we will build your home to exacting quality standards backed by an "insurance policy" in the form of a 10-year Express Limited Warranty issued by an industry leader

At the same time we believe that every home should be built to higher standards that are responsive to the financial needs of our homeowners and the health of our planet. Building Energy Star® Certified homes may be costly; but we believe...is critical to our collective future considering the increasing scarcity and cost of fossil fuels used to heat, cool and power our homes. By constructing major components of our homes in a controlled environment, we maximize efficiencies and quality control while minimizing waste. We minimize waste materials and rely on recyclables where possible. Our foundation system also reduces CO2 impacts, insulates your floors and provides for a ventilated space with potential for making your home a healthier place. All of these things and more improve on the quality of your home and living.
