  We want every family to be delighted and happy with the purchase of their home...from the moment they sign a sales agreement to the day we hand over the keys. Throughout the process, we will ask for your feedback on how we are doing and what we can do better. In addition, our customer care team will check on you 30-days after you move-in, at 6-months, then 11-months to make certain we are living up to our promise.

  We also stand by our homes with a 10-year structural warranty, 2-year mechanical systems warranty and a 1-yr workmanship/materials warranty covering the interior finishes and major components of your home.

  Banner Communities was founded as a subsidiary of Banner Holdings, a Denver, Colorado based developer/builder of custom homes, apartments and mixed-use office developments. The company experience includes successful construction and completion of mid-rise office buildings, apartment communities, retail centers...and most important, custom and production built single-family homes.

  The team has collectively financed, developed and completed over a billion dollars in residential homes around the country.
